Heating Instructions - Beef Lasagne - 300g

Forever Frozen - CPT OVEN - 180 °C Forever Frozen - CPT 25 - 30 MIN. FROM FROZEN
Remove sleeve, pierce holes in the film, place in pre-heated oven at 180 °C. Heat for 25 - 30 min. Ensure it is thoroughly heated & cheese is melted.
Forever Frozen - CPT AIR FRYER - 180 °C Forever Frozen - CPT 12 - 15 MIN. FROM FROZEN
Remove outer sleeve, peel off the film and air fry at 180 °C for 12 – 15 min, or until ready and cheese is melted.
Forever Frozen - CPT MICROWAVE - 100% Forever Frozen - CPT 1 - 3 MIN. FROM THAWED
Thaw meal fully. Remove outer sleeve, pierce holes in the film and place container in microwave. Microwave on 100% for 1 min, remove film, stir and heat for a further 1-2 min, or until hot.
