Ingredients

White Rice, Beef Steak, Potato, Carrot, Onion, Mushroom, Bacon, Wheatflour, Red Wine, Beef Stock, Sunflower Oil, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt, Bay Leaf, Tarragon

Heating Instructions - Small 300g
APPLIANCES VARY. USE AS A GUIDELINE ONLY
OVEN - 180° C 25 - 30 MIN. FROM FROZEN
Remove outer sleeve, pierce holes in the film, place container in pre-heated oven at 180° C. Heat for 25 - 30 min. 
AIR FRYER-180°C 12 - 15 MIN. FROM FROZEN
Remove outer sleeve, peel off the film and air fry at 180° C for 12 – 15 min. Stir and heat for a further 1-2 min, if required.
MICROWAVE - 100% 1 - 3 MIN. FROM THAWED
Thaw meal fully. Remove outer sleeve, piece holes in the film and place container in microwave. Microwave on 100% for 1 min, remove film, stir and heat for a further 1-2min, or until hot.
