| Remove outer sleeve, pierce holes in the film, place in pre-heated oven at 180 °C. Heat for 25 - 30 min. | |||

12 - 15 MIN. FROM FROZEN |
| Remove outer sleeve, peel off the film and air fry at 180 °C for 12 – 15 min. Stir and heat for a further 1 - 2 min, if required. | |||

1 - 3 MIN. FROM THAWED |
| Thaw meal fully. Remove outer sleeve, pierce holes in the film and place container in microwave. Microwave on 100% for 1 min, remove film, stir and heat for a further 1 - 2 min, or until hot. | |||

| Remove sleeve, pierce holes in film, place in pre-heated 180 °C oven. Heat for 45 - 50 min. Ensure it is thoroughly heated & cheese is melted. | |||

| Remove outer sleeve, peel off the film and air fry at 180 °C for 20 – 25 min, or until ready and cheese is melted. | |||

| Thaw meal fully. Remove outer sleeve, pierce holes in the film and place container in microwave. Microwave on 100% for 2 min, remove film, stir and heat for a further 2-3 min, or until hot. | |||
