Questions
The things people ask first
Do I have to pick the same meals every month?
No. Your basket repeats automatically, but you can change it any time before your production cut-off. We'll remind you a few days before.
What if I go over my Selection Limit?
You can. You just pay the difference before that month's basket is released. Your regular fee doesn't change.
How does the appliance work?
It's supplied through Teljoy on a 36-month ownership path. A quick credit check, then it's delivered. After 36 months of membership it's yours to keep.
Can I pause?
Yes, after your first three months. One month at a time, up to twice a year. A small pause fee applies.
Where do you deliver?
Across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban. Enter your postcode on the next page to check your area.
How do I cancel?
Email us from your registered address before 17:00 on the business day before your next billing date. We'll confirm in writing.
